Solid Works 2008 3D Design and Drafting

Solid Works 2006 3D is our primary software for nearly all of the parts we design. It is a solid modeling program, which promotes accurate designs through parasolid links. The use of three-dimensional models through Solid Works allows engineering and manufacturing to share ideas and visualize them before parts are actually made.

AutoCAD 2000 Design and Drafting

AutoCAD 2000 is a 2D design software, which we use to handle our customer’s “.dwg” and “.dxf” files for our plate lasers and oxy-fuel plasma cutting system.

AccuFAB Nesting

We utilize AccuFAB Nesting software for automated nesting of flat sheet metal parts for our plate lasers and oxy-fuel plasma cutting system. This automated nesting system allows for increased productivity and profitability for laser and plasma cutting with Weisgram Metal Fab, Inc.

Mazak FG Cad Cam

Our Mazak FG Cad Cam is a software package for use with our Mazak FG 300 6-Axis tube and structural material cutting laser. This software allows us to import customer’s 3D solid and 2D part drawings to speed up the programming of complex and simple parts.

E2 MRP Shop Management

E2 MRP is a cutting edge total shop management software system, which ties all of our processes together. It handles all of the electronic information and paperwork for purchase orders, receiving, inventory, order entry, shop processes, shipping, billing, and accounting.
